The SEND Information Report explains how Shirehampton Primary School identifies, supports and makes provision for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
It provides detailed information about our approach to inclusion, the support available, how we work with families and external agencies, and how children with SEND are supported to achieve their full potential.
The report is reviewed annually in line with statutory guidance.
